Green Transformation in Industry with the Support of the World Bank

As Calor-e, we are proud to take a significant step within the framework of the Türkiye Green Industry Project, which was developed to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies in Türkiye’s industrial sector. With the financial support of the World Bank and under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, we are implementing our 'Calor-e Heat Storage System' project as part of the '1832 Green Transformation in Industry 2023 Call' conducted by TÜBÄ°TAK and KOSGEB.
This project is supported by a 300,000 Euro grant from the World Bank, aiming to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions in the industrial sector. In line with green transformation goals, the project involves the pre-commercial prototype manufacturing and validation of a heat storage system with a 1 MWe storage capacity, which can be directly integrated into the grid or the end-user’s energy systems. With the support of the World Bank, this project will lead the transition of industry toward a low-carbon structure, contributing to both economic and environmental sustainability.
As Calor-e, we are thrilled to contribute to the green transformation of industry thanks to this significant support from the World Bank. This step we are taking to build the sustainable energy systems of the future represents a critical turning point in reducing the carbon footprint of industry. With our innovative solutions, we will continue to enhance energy efficiency while supporting environmental sustainability.
